Every Little Seed is the perfect book for springtime planting. A young girl observes the world around her as she begins to plant her very own garden. This books shows the life cycle of seeds and how important they are to us and pollinators. I love watching the journey of the seed and, in the end, of the beautiful blooms. All that is left is more seeds.
The illustrations are whimsical and water-color-like. Each page has incredible detail to the tiniest creature, seed, and flower. My favorite part is how the entire family can participate in gardening. This is sure to be a family favorite year after year. I would like to see other seasonal titles like this one.
